Verizon. Im tired of calling you every single day to try to get my $200 gift card I was promised. To charge me every month is so easy but for me to get my $200 is a hassle. I want to spend the money at the Verizon Shop anyway so is going back to you anyways. I've called Fios customer support. I've talked to blackhawk and have there number. They said they send it already and that they resend it to my email. I promise I check my spam and everything and never received it once. Fios just stick to your word. Im tired of hearing wait 48 hours and or this and that. Please give me my gift card I was promised!!!
