Verizon business practices

25+ years a loyal customer, but yet they raised our plan price  because we have an old plan that they don't offer anymore.  Nevermind that we don't need all the extra plan time, unlimited data and so forth. Then they want to offer you a loyal customer discount that just barely covers the price increase. Verizon doesn't care, they just want their money and they won't be getting mine for much longer. Time for a new provider, which is a shame after all these years.
