Was billed for a device buyout… but I haven’t canceled any lines and never asked for a buyout. Have gotten the run around from customer service, with multiple story’s on which device the buyout is for, also been told the buyout is for a line not even associated with my account… either way when I ask for a refund of the buyout charge ( which I think was for a free iPhone on a new line) which is still active. The customer service person either puts me on hold in which they never pick up again or they throw you to the beginning of the automated computer answering system.
have tried multiple Verizon customer support numbers but always ends the same, sometimes with the agent even agreeing that its not a valid charge but they can’t do anything about it.

If you haven't already done it, you should report it to the Fraud department at Verizon.
