We recently moved from the Chicago area to Las Vegas. When I check voice mail with the #86 call, the time stamp still shows the time as being Central time, a two hour difference. I have changed my information on the Verizon site (new address, etc.) and the time for voice mail remains with a two hour difference. Is there any way I can fix this issue? I called Verizon about a month ago and they said they would get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since.

We're sorry to read about the issue with your voicemail. We'll be sending a private note. ~Peter
