I get the message on my desktop "We Are Unable To Process Your Request At This Time. Please try again later." everytime I try to log in to my Verizon account. I have tried a different browser and have cleared my cache and cookies.

Making sure you're able to access your My Verizon account is imperative, unctar. I cannot go without having access to mine to manage my account, and pay my bill. Let's work on getting this solved. When did this issue first start happening? What happens if you try to sign in via an incognito window in one of your browsers? Any issues accessing via the My Verizon mobile app?

I can get to my account using my Verizon app on my phone. I cannot log in to my Verizon account on my desktop. That's whem I get the unable to process message.

Thanks for that information. Were you able to sign int to My Verizon using your desktop previously? If so, do you recall any changes just before you received this error? Are you able to sign in using an incognito window?
