Wondering how to get in touch with someone about my repair experience

I've had a particularly difficult experience with getting my internet fixed recently. Essentially, it has been down for almost a week, with very little communication directly from Verizon, and no one has come out to check my broken ONT even though I sent a picture of it filled with water.
I've also had multiple issues with the app, as it is very slow and inconsistent.
I think it will probably be unhelpful to tell support through chat the difficulties I've experienced. I would like to share this with someone who might actually be able to do something about it. Is there any existing contact information, such as an email address, where I can send in my concerns?
