I was in the process of switching to Verizon for service, set up the process to have new phones shipped. When I go to check my order status it says
“On hold. To process your order, we need you to take action by Apr 11.”
but when I click the take action button it directs me to a page that says
“Your request could not be processed at this time.”
I have tried checking on a different device, clearing my cache, clearing browsing history and, nothing helps. I’ve tried at many different times of the day. Pls help, I have to have this figured out by Tuesday or my order will be cancelled.
