Been burned so many times by VZ website teasing one thing, but then reality is something else. I 100% believe it is by design. The latest thing is the protection plans.
If you go to the page for the "Digital Secure" product it says the cost is "Free", but when you click "enroll" you find out it's free the first month only.
This is classic deceptive marketing. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm going into the bad part of town every time I need to deal with my phone company, like I need to keep my hand on my wallet, and keep an eye on the door. It's disgusting.
