I am super mad, sad and on fire with this no good company as I got a notification from someone of what this no good cellphone company did without my approval or authorization of withdrawing dang $568.17 out of my debit card account as I got a dang email a couple of weeks ago that yall will attempt to process a payment, I do not appreciate that 1 bit at all, why would this dang cellphone company still attempt to process a dang payment without my authorization/approval, if that's the dang case of doing that to my dang bank account and leaving it in a dang negative balance then let me dang get my account cut off/suspended and move on elsewhere if that's the case then since Verizon attempted to withdraw that big payment out of my dang account without my approval, this company is a robber to me I gotta say, yeah I am saying it like that, this is not the best company out there at all, oh no no no when it wanna dang attempt to process a payment without my approval or authorization and that dang bank account/debit card info had been dang deleted from my account as I deleted it and for some reason this dang company still had the nerd to process that payment with my approval as I do not appreciate it one bit at all. If I dang have to, dang prepaid is gonna be my option and not no dang backup payment agreement no more. I mean it what I say. This cellphone company is no good at all I gotta say,

I know I would be just as mad if a payment had happened that I did not expect as well, BradKing2. We wouldn't take a payment without your prior approval. In this day and age, a lot of customers, myself included, have enrolled in automatic payments. This gives consent to process a payment for the balance due on the settlement date, unless the option is paused or terminated prior to that date. Do you recall if you had previously set up automatic payments? https://www.verizon.com/support/auto-pay-faqs/

The payment surely was taken without my approval of whoever done it without my consent, uh huh, and I did not have auto pay enabled on my account or anything like that at all,  I sure did not get no notification when that happened of that big amount of money was debited from the account, nope, nope I did not previously set up auto pay or automatic payments at all

Nope I did not have automatic nor auto pay set up at all on my end oh to the no, and this company is no good to me for doing that without my consent or approval at all, and if I decide to give up of having phone service with yall and move on to a different carrier whether the contract is over or not with yall, nobody can stop me from doing that at all as I can do what I want to do, I sure can and why would Verizon do that without my authorization/approval, huh I just don't get it

This company was wrong for withdrawing over $500 out of my bank account without my consent of approval and I do not have auto pay enabled at all for yall to be doing like that and I've talked to an agent on here as there is an payment investigation ongoing for these upcoming days of how many days it will take and I have a ticket number for it so that when I get contacted back about it that I will know that ticket number and match it with it once I have been notified about the payment investigation, and this makes me want to just give up this cellphone company and find a different more better cellphone company that will not do like Verizon did me of withdrawing that big amount of money without consent of approval, or authorization or approval and yeah this company is wrong for doing it to me, sure are wrong for that and I do not recommend anyone or anybody to start service with this company as they love to rob you of $. I do not care if I switch over to prepaid the cheaper way to get away from this here of what I am dealing with of this company who loves to rob me for my money on here for various reasons. Verizon why are you like this to me huh, and did I delete my stored payment methods and you still gonna had the audacity to go on my account and charge me over five hundred dollars for some equipment that I do not have anymore way back from February as the equipment was returned way in February and you think it's right to go into my account and then still try to charge me for some equipment that I do not have at all anymore, you wrong for that. Verizon is thinking it's right and appropiate like that just to charge me like that of that big amount like that for some returned equipment way back in February as it was returned in that month as the agent who I was chatting with had to do some deep diving to find that out that the equipment was returned and now has me waiting for the coming days for some results of this payment investigation to give me back that money for debiting it out of the bank account without approval and I know for a fact that I do not or did not have the auto pay nor automatic payments option set up or turned on or enabled at all, I think the option give up this wireless carrier is beginning to be my option as my decision and that they or no one with this company that works for them cannot stop me doing doing it even if the 36 month agreement/contract is not over yet as it is not a year yet at all as it has only been a couple of months of having service with Verizon.

I've been assisted about it as of this past Thursday as I await an ongoing payment investigation within 5 to 7 days for an update about it, a ticket has been created on it as well by one of your agents this past Thursday, a follow up will be coming back to me from the agent this upcoming Thursday next week, giving that investigation enough time to be looked at and to get resolved and took care of

Here it go got dang it 8 days and still no dang update of that payment investigation where someone at Verizon had the nerd to charge me over $500 dollars and said that the equipment was not returned when it was returned way back in February, somebody at this company is not doing their job right or something, I hate this cellphone company even operates and love to steal people money out of their account like mine, did I give consent or approval or authorization for that to happen like that, NO I did not, and autopay is not on for someone at this company to withdraw over $500 dang dollars outta the bank account like that, do I hate this company, dang right with my whole heart I hate this cellphone company as it is a thief for stealing over $500 dollars outta that bank account like that without my permission, Sure do wish this cellphone company never even existed at all, point blank period and dang last night the agent who had helped me got a ticket created for this mess I'm encountering with of this payment investigation suppose to had did a dang follow up with me last night when it has came to a week of this payment investigation as I still do not have a dang update about this mess I'm dealing with, he did not do a follow up as he said last week that he would do a follow up with me in a weeks time as it suppose to been last night at 11pm and it did not even happen as I waited and waited last night for the agent to do that like he was suppose to but never did it at all last night as I am beyond sad and mad about this mess I'm encountering with this cellphone company to steal over $500 from outta that bank account without my permission, That is why I am gonna end my cellphone service with this dang company and move on elsewhere with a different and better cellphone company than this one who loves to steal my money without approval or word of mouth to say take it out without my consent, I do not care that the dang 36 month agreement thing is not even over yet, I'll still give up this no good sorry cellphone company as they love to steal folks money from their account, especially mine as this company has done to it, yeah uh huh, and yeah I got that number transfer PIN generated and have given it to the other wireless carrier I sure have, do I care to leave this company in a heartbeat, N to the O, who cares. I do not know if I want no apologies at all nor any links to come my way for anyone to try to even help me out of this payment investigation as this cellphone company is not owning up to their word to do this in a timely manner like it suppose to been did in 5 to 7 days of this dang payment investigation mess to be resolved and process and my dang $ suppose to been given back to me and put on the card that it dang came off of as that has not happened at all yet and no dang update yet as today makes 8 days that this has been ongoing and still no dang results like it suppose to been done been did for me to hear of a dang update but NO it hasn't even happened, Am I ready to give up this no good cellphone company, shoot yeah I am ready,
