Frustratedagain2

After 8 long years with Verizon, I’ve finally decided to leave for a prepaid option. Their service has become increasingly frustrating, with costs that have reached utterly ridiculous levels. Coupled with the horrible AI chat support that fails to provide effective assistance, it just isn’t worth it anymore. It’s a disappointing end to what used to be a reliable choice, but I’m ready for a change.
