I recently upgraded my device at a Verizon store. An actual store not one opened by someone else. I did some research online and had it widdled down to 2 choices. When I went into the store and spoke to the employee I asked some follow up questions. The answer I was given was that the phones processing power were the same. The battery was a little better on one of the devices the galaxy s24+ but the camera was way better on the pixel8 pro. So I went with the pixel 8 and boy do I regret it. This phone couldn't even keep up with my son's galaxy s22 ultra. Or my wife's galaxy fold. I feel like if you work at a phone store you should be able to discern the differences and give an educated contrast between them. I wasn't looking for the decision to be made for me but I wanted knowledge that they should have had.

Basteele, we're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. The last thing we want is for you to be unhappy with your device. If you're still within the 30-day return period, you can exchange your device and pay the difference, if any, to switch to the device you want. Here's a link to our return and exchange policy: https://www.verizon.com/support/return-policy/
