All of a sudden bad reception

I work at a hospital and have never had bad service while using my verizon wireless. There was a drastic change in service abilites across the board with me and my fellow coworkers who also have verizon and use your net work during the day. Is there anything that we can do to get our service abilities restored?

Based on the details provided it sounds like there was an equipment change within the hospital that is changing the signal strength but let's get some more details. When did this start? How far do you need to be from the hospital for service to improve?
