So i filed a claim a while back to replace my iphone for a quick 100 dollar deductible.

The deal was that when i got the phone i needed to send my old one in within 15 days. And within 3 days of receiving it i sent it by mail in the packaging they provided.

And now so tell me why i just got 250 dollars stole from me for โ€œnot sending my old device inโ€.  Causing me to miss phone/car payments making it so i cant clock in to my work for a week,  and lowering my credit score. 

I would really appreciate it if someone could direct me on how to get my money back.
