I am posting on here because I have already tried calling 3 times and chatting on web with an agent. Each time they have all assured me that my issue had been fixed. I have my bank account connected, autopay on, and paperless billing on, yet every month my bill comes out without the discount. I have escalated this as high as I can over the phone with Verizon customer support. This is a technical issue with Verizon's billing department. Please do NOT suggest that I remove and re-enter my bank account information, turn of and on autopay, and turn of and on paperless billing to see if that is the solution. I have done that every single time I've talked to support. I NEED HELP, and I do not want to keep wasting my time trying to fix this!
