I have been with them for 8 years. I have also been paying $80 a month for a just a line- no phone payment or anything extra. I called to see if I could get it lowered to price match other providers and they said they would lower it to $50 going forward. I was relieved and decided to stay with them instead of another carrier because they price matched- I noticed three months later that they never changed it. I had been still paying $80 a month. I chatted on their customer support for 6 HOURS. And they wouldn’t give me a refund and they would only give me a $20 credit for my last payment. I was going to leave 3 months ago- only stayed because of their promises- and now I am out $90 and still no help. I am leaving Verizon and am extremely annoyed. I can’t imagine their customer retention is great and they do not value their customers.
