Why am I receiving huge bills and threats of collections? I paid my bill, it showed as paid- a week later I got threats of disconnection and it showed I owed for two months. I called, talked to a rep who assured me it was paid and all was well. Eventually the my Verizon app updated to correct Information. Another week has passed and I’m receiving messages and the app says I’m three months past due!!! By my records I am paid in full and will next have a payment on the 23rd of this month. Or, I won’t, because if this nonsense continues I will switch carriers. What other options do I have?
