I was told by a representative that called me back after the call was lost that I would get 40$ off my bill from a promo that Verizon had for customers that have been with Verizon for 1-3 years and it would bring my bill down to $120 a month. And that it would take 24hrs and that I would receive a call from someone in 24hrs. I never received a call and my bill never went down so I called to find out everything that was told to be was a lie and that the notes didn’t make sense. Do disappoint in Verizon to only say that was a lie there’s nothing I can do. You should look to see what rep I talked to listen to the call and see that I’m telling the truth. The fact that I’m probably not the only person that has been told this is what makes me mad. Money odd hard to come by and people need a little help. And by the way the person why called me back said he was a supervisor
