Well it seems my loathing for this company is justified...
I was just told by customer service reps I'd still owe $335.04 for my device even if I returned it .... and wanted to leave my contract. I'm dealing with severe health issues, and am currently unemployed as a result, and trying to lower my monthly expenses. I can't lower my payments anymore than $3 off per month says the customer service rep I just spoke to (making my total $81 per month) and VERY much wish I could go back to my old cell phone provider that is $35 a month. Why does being in a contract with this company feel like waiting out a prison sentence? The only reason I even came to Verizon was for the job I no longer have. Sad and tired.
