I’ve tried over and over with several companies that require 2 factor authentication to authenticate through sms. I’m not receiving any of their sms messages. I get all normal texts from friends, family, etc.
The chat agent actually fix it by “refreshing “ my network settings on “her end”. Took a while but I think Verizon was somehow blocking numbers that weren’t in the traditional phone number format (Amazon, Chase bank, etc).

What make/model device are you having the issue with? Does the two factor SMS authentication work with your Verizon account login? Is this a new device or new service with Verizon?
