I am having trouble canceling an order that I placed online and was never processed because "pro on the go" was unable to pick up the device and deliver it to my house. I have called Verizon support several times, and they have assured me that the order has been canceled. However, I am still in a pending status for delivery, which prevents me from going to the store to get one from them. This situation is extremely frustrating, and at this point, I am willing to switch to another provider, despite having been a customer for almost 14 years. This is not the first time this has happened, and I'm sure it will not be the last.
