Wife passed suddenly due to mental health, yesterday due to disability I used support ticket to have line/plan canceled, they used her line for an upgrade of a different phone on my account, so there was a payment plan balance as verizon did not disclose making payments to receive discount years ago & refused to grandfather in contracts.
Wanted to payoff phone balance cancel the phone # DONE! SHOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES
after 3 hours finally canceled the line/plan. No email confirmation or a thing, logged in to look they also canceled another line totally separate Phone # for a data only plan I use for my disability!!!!
Transferred over 20 times, asked same questions again and again. Data line sim card # provided they promised reactivation charging me another $35 each time went thru changing that phone # 4 times never worked
Now this morning i see my deceased wifes phone & # is added back to the accountvin service again!!!!
UNBELIEVABLE what a twist of the knife after over a 24 hour period more hassles & pain worse off than I started mentally destroyed
