Cannot text T-Mobile talked with Verizon multiple times. Talked with apple multiple times. Apple finally gave me a new iPhone so it’s not them. Come on Verizon I have been a long time customer. Quit trying to dupe me. Fix it now

I can give you my number and you can look up the situation. Been happening since January. Now that I have a new phone not even a month still doing it. Today all my text are green and I cannot text my work group or the doctors group.

I don't have any problems with texting T-Mobile customers, but it sounds like a SMSC isn't working someplace. A T-Mobile customer put up a thread some months ago saying they couldn't text Verizon customers and they finally had to file an informal complaint with the FCC before it got fixed. I hope you don't have to do the same thing, as this sounds like some random network issue.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hello. We are here to help with texting issues. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Do you have problems with all T-Mobile lines or with a particular number? Are you using Regular or Wi-Fi Calling?
