Same here. Horrible web access along route 1 and many other nearby places. Total opposite of NJ where Verizon is the 800 pound gorilla of cellular. Regretfully I’ll have to switch to another carrier once my move is complete unless this improves. Oh and I do miss FiOS so much down here too. It’s far superior to commiecast.

Nateurist, I depend on my service constantly, so having inconsistent coverage is very alarming. We never want to hear a customer looking to leave the Verizon family. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me some details on what services are effected (talk, text, data)? Also, confirm for me how far do you have to travel before service improves?

I live in Sebastian FL. Verizon service is really bad. I use to get full or very high bars. Now I get at the highest 3 bars if that. In some places in Sebastian, we don't have Verizon service at all. What is sad is it starts going down a block from the store on US1. What happened? We lose at tower?

Delora, I love visiting Florida and rely on my service to work when I am there. The last thing we would ever want is for you to experience service issues where you live. We will be pleased to help you. When did the service issues begin? What specific services are being impacted?

So my only option at this point is either go to T mobile or book it to Ohio where the signal is like 10 bars. And then get what I pay for.

Kris53, help is still here. Please share more details. What are you experiencing with your services? Are you able to make/receive calls? Have you ran a speed test? If yes, what are the results? Are you able to provide us a screenshot of it?

And now 2025, data is still terrible in Sebastian FL. What's the deal. In places I don't get a data signal I'm asking someone else on their phone that's browsing the internet what their service is. Got a very proud customer sayin "T mobile.

Absolutely no bars right now for me… out by the water in a house technically in Micro but with a Sebastian address.

I moved to Sebastian 3 years ago and service has been consistently bad on all three phones (both Apple and Android) since I've been here. I get 1, sometimes 2 bars outside, and with a metal roof can't reliably use the phone inside without wifi calling. Even then at least a third of our incoming calls go right to voicemail. I haven't found anywhere in Sebastian that is great, but US1 in the Roseland area is especially bad, often showing no service in the car. Forget trying to call or use the internet in Publix, Home Depot, or Walmart. I've called Verizon and all they have tried to do is upsell me. Neighbors say T-Mobile is also bad, but supposedly AT&T has good coverage. I'm going to buy a prepaid AT&T SIM and give it a try. If that works, I'll be switching.
