I live in a community called Cypress Landing. It has over 1500 residents. Cypress Landing is Extra Territorial to Chocowinity, NC. We have very weak cell service regardless of carrier, no 5G, even LTE has 2 bars or less signal strength and no data. Chocowinity a town of 749 residents has very good cell service.
There is an existing radio tower WLGT 98.3 The Bridge FM on Old Blounts Creek Rd and water tank owned by the town of Chocowinity on Hill Rd. These are within 2 miles of Cypress Landing and over 2000 residents. These could probably be leased to provide cellular service. It seems like a good marketing opportunity.
