Hello I was on chat today trying to get some help and everytime I try to talk to a rep it would say sorry message didn’t go though sorry message wasn’t sent
why would this happen
You weren't connected to the live chat for some reason. If you don't get a response from one of the Verizon reps who hang out at these forums, try calling instead.
