Coverage and network performance on unlimited data plan

Immediately upon switching to an unlimited data plan my cell coverage and network performance has degraded substantially on all 4 lines on our account. It’s highly frustrating to have been sold on the unlimited plan in a Verizon online rep. Thinking he used this to solve another problem and then experiencing such a drop on network performance. Have others experienced this? It worked fine precious to the change in plan so they are clearly manipulating performance. Does anyone else have solutions?

What plan did you have before?
I'm wondering if you need new SIM cards, or if your account needs to be reprovisioned.

It a happening on all 4 phones on plan in all locations that require cell data to be used. Could not even get the Verizon speed test sight to come up. I wish we never got talked into changing plans. It was supposed to fix the data problems that cropped up on old plan. What are my options?
