Coverage and service

Verizon's coverage has gotten horrible in our area and everyone is switching to T-Mobile. I prefer not to change, is there anything you can do to make the coverage better?! It was great at one time, the last year or so has been terrible.

Hello, RSmathers. Help is here as we want you to have only the best in service with us. Please share more info. What is your zip code? Does this issue primarily happen while at home? Also, what issues are you having? Are you able to make calls, use text messages and use your data?

Zip codes are 83544 and 83536, calls drop, text messages go through but slower than normal. Data is spotty. Just slow and not like normal. There is a real difference from the service we used to get. T-mobile has gone huge in this area because their service is so much faster.

Thanks!

Verizon was able to help me; it was my antiquated data plan.  ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank You!
