it has been over a week that I have tried to be a Verizon wireless customer. I am bringing four lines from AT&T, and it was simply because of the deal that Verizon had – streaming services, free devices – I come to find out that after five days of two through three hours of phone calls with Verizon Service technicians, they cannot help me leave from AT&T to Verizon. Verizon is not even been able to gain access for devices and services under AT&T. Please do not believe anything a Verizon service agent tells you, not because they intend to do any wrong, but it is because they have no idea what they are doing. My recommendation is to stay with your current plan and stay out of Verizon.

Sorry to hear AT&T will not port your lines. Have you tried reporting this to the FCC? In some very rare instances, certain lines (usually POTS "plain old telephone service" lines) are unable to be ported out.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hello, Taniacantos. Help is here. My apologies to hear of your experience as we want to do all we can to assist in getting your business. Have you spoken with our Telesales department (800-225-5499) to complete the port process for your current phone numbers? What's happened so far? Please let us know.
