I just wanted to say that I am not happy for the way I have been treated by customer representatives on the phone for a whole month now I have been lied to so many times by so many people working there every time I called in and they never fixed my problem on top of that so rude to me and never offered anything for the problem I have or anything to be nice to me the customer only thing they tell me is that they can’t do anything for the experience I got from the agent and that is not right like I know you guys don’t want me the customer to have to switch to a different service provider but I’m looking around now for the way I been treated for a whole month to consider switching like that’s so not right how I got treated and not even offered something good like I know you can do a lot for your customers to make them happy if you really want to stay as a customer but it looks like you don’t care or respect your customers I know you can give them a lot of credit for how they been treated or give them something from your own store for free like that’s what agents for company’s do for there customers so they don’t leave and I see that version doesn’t care about there customers like I’m not saying give me a house or a car I’m just saying I deserve something over the top for the way I have been treated for a whole month but I guess it doesn’t matter to you guys you don’t care about your customers so I just wanted to have this out there and I’m looking around at other company’s and I am considering switching for the rude and bad way I been treated and lied to multiple times
