We live in Dahinda, IL 61428, specifically Oak Run properties, and there is quite a large dead zone with little to no reception for Verizon users. US Cellular is the only option for a consistent network. Please advise.

RChilders, we always want to make sure that you receive the best available service in your area. Please tell us, when did this first start? To clarify, does this happen both indoors and outdoors? What signal do you typically see on your devices when you're in the affected area?

Izzy,
Oak Run Properties in Dahinda, IL has been experiencing this since the inception of cellular towers. At the most, there is a one bar signal and most of the time is SOS.

Iโve gone through the troubleshooting with no resolve. As I have stated before, there is no solid Verizon cellular connection for 2000 Dahinda, IL (Oak Run) residents.
