I have been trying to open a support ticket without any luck for several years. There is a dead zone at this exact location that is so bad, I can't open a support ticket from the location. I have a current ticket open and they constantly want to troubleshoot my device, despite it affecting our entire family, all 4 phones. if I drive down the road 5 minutes its fine.
Verizon Support how can I get assistance on this?

Thank you for allowing me to review the current coverage in this area. In using our Network Coverage Tools, I was able to see that we have opportunities to improve coverage for this area. Currently coverage may not be available in this area, or it may vary day to day. In this area, you may have trouble making a phone call or using your service. Coverage may vary day to day due to a variety of reasons such as cell site changes, foliage, construction, population changes, and interference. We greatly appreciate you lifting this up and are always looking for ways to improve service.
