I have been trying for over a year for my device credit to be applied to my account. Each time I call they said yes, they received it. I have the tracking reference number. They confirmed it was received. They said the credit will be applied after the next 2-3 billing cycles. It never is. I call back again. Same story. I contractually was entitled to a $700 credit and Verizon is keeping it. This is ridiculous and I can’t wait to get another service provider. I will never work with Verizon ever again.
