Disappointing experiences and help needed

Hi there,
Have you ever experienced the ongoing dissatisfaction with Version over about three months? I need some help and suggestions from folks here.
Since April 9, I have communicated multiple times (more than 2-hour phone conversation) with their customer representatives to express my dissatisfaction with little phone connection and no internet connection in Sunderland where I live in a large apartment complex. Therefore, I must constantly rely on the internet at my apartment complex. Every time once I go out the area and wait for the bus in Amherst road, there is no internet connection.
As a result of discussion on April 20 with one of their employees for about 90 minutes, the staff person indicated that โhe will reduce my regular monthly payment from 74.99 to 51.76 ($20 without taxes) for a year to compensate for my loss, that is equivalent to 240 dollars. Nonetheless, after providing one-month compensation, Verizon discontinued their compensation. What has made this disappointment even worse is that they never fix my connection and the technical issues of internet and phone connections they have had.
I have been disappointed with the poor customer service they have. I used to consider Verizon as a reliable corporation with wonderful reputation; however, it has not been the case. Although I had a scheduled callback with them (Verizon) a while ago, they did not call me. Coming from East Asia, I have enjoyed the wonderful phone services (e.g., from Far EasTone Tele. ) as a customer. In Amherst, MA, I have been worried about my parents' health and wellbeing in my hometown, but without connections from Verion, we can not connect each other. Frankly, I have been very disappointed with Verizonโs services. I hope that their representatives care about the sharing of their customers in this community here and call me when they are available.
