I’m trying to switch to Verizon. I ordered online and for some reason the order was cancelled. I called and they told me the order was reactivated. It still shows as cancelled on my account. And nothing in the way as to when they might ship my phone and watch. I’m wondering if this was the best move. Can’t figure anything out through the website and it will not allow me to chat with anyone. I’ve called twice and get the same answer, that my order just showing as active. But I can’t find any email showing this and the website shows my order as cancelled. Very frustrating.
