I had an awesome experience with a representative at the South Plainfield, NJ location. Andres B finally was able to resolve an issue with dropped calls I was having with a line on my account. He came up with solutions for my issue that were not previously explored by other employees. This tells me his knowledge of Verizons systems and problems solving skills are highly valuable and worthy of a shout-out. All too often people have terrible things to say about their experiences so I thought it was really important to highlight the awesome customer service Andres was able to provide. This man is an absolute asset to your team! He definitely made it feel like I got the VALUE of being a verizon customer for the first time in 10+ years.
