How does a customer manage the spam block feature for emails as it is no longer an option in MyVerizon? The reason that I ask that is when conducting a search on Verizon.com (https://www.verizon.com/onesearch/search?q=Block%20Emails&ES=shop&src=wireless) about blocking emails it contains outdated information. Thanks, Kaye, for providing that link containing the instructions to now use the short code 4040 going forward 🙂

Wanted to also point out on the link that you posted, the page contains a broken link (https://www.verizon.com/about/news/block-email-text-messages) on question #2 that points to a "Page not found" on the News section of Verizon.com. Moreover, I noticed since my initial post some of the pages now either direct to a 404-landing page or information was updated on the page itself but not carried over to the SERP (i.e.. Page Title, Short Description) leading to old references to emails still showing.
