Was looking for a way to commend good customer service and couldn’t find much so just wanted to post here - on Tuesday, 7/09/24, my husband and I had some major issues with the sim and service on his new iPhone. We called Verizon customer service for help and Noah spent almost two hours on the phone with us, resolving the problem . He was friendly and so very patient. And he solved the issue.
