I have had a bill that has been excessive for some time. Every time I go into a Verizon store I get the same answer. “You have the best plan for your usage”. Doing research I don’t believe this is true what so ever. We pay $62 a month per line for 5 lines. Myself, my wife and 3 minors. Our plan is the “Get More” plan which includes the Disney bundle, Apple Music, etc. so in other words I have been paying for 5 different Disney bundle accounts which in the add-on is $18.99 and 5 different Apple Music at $10.99 when there is a “family Apple Music” for $17.99 a month. I am sure there are others I am missing as well but seems like I have given Verizon thousands of extra dollars over the years on what I was told was the best plans for my usage. Beyond frustrating, I just got off the phone with a representative and she told me she could reduce my bill by $27 a month. I need to figure out who I can talk to so I can stop throwing my money at Verizon. Feeling like I have been taken advantage of for years!!!
