I got the Christmas deal for free iPhone 14 plus and I did everything they asked put my social email sent my Iโ€™d for verification and they still put my order as fraud even called and answered all the questions with multiple customer service people and they all kept saying the same thing I told them I want my money back today or my phone to be processed and on itโ€™s way today or I will be taking legal action they sent me to the legal time and they told me it was processed and then gave me a tracking number called them and it still was saying fraud still waiting to find out if it processed or not Verizon is sc@ms took my $60 and tryna say it will take 7-10 days to refund I need my money today or my phone to be processed if not see Verizon in court

Been talked to them multiple times Iโ€™m tired of talking to them and they tell me the same shii over and over they say they canโ€™t verify my grandmothers identity with the information given and they canโ€™t disclose anymore information just gon say the same shii again I just want my money back and I want them to put interest on top of my money since itโ€™s taking them 2 weeks for my money
