I got the Christmas deal for free iPhone 14 plus and I did everything they asked put my social email sent my I’d for verification and they still put my order as fraud even called and answered all the questions with multiple customer service people and they all kept saying the same thing I told them I want my money back today or my phone to be processed and on it’s way today or I will be taking legal action they sent me to the legal time and they told me it was processed and then gave me a tracking number called them and it still was saying fraud still waiting to find out if it processed or not Verizon is sc@ms took my $60 and tryna say it will take 7-10 days to refund I need my money today or my phone to be processed if not see Verizon in court

Been talked to them multiple times I’m tired of talking to them and they tell me the same shii over and over they say they can’t verify my grandmothers identity with the information given and they can’t disclose anymore information just gon say the same shii again I just want my money back and I want them to put interest on top of my money since it’s taking them 2 weeks for my money
