I was on the phone with telesales for 3 hours. I verified 3 times, got through the whole process.... They said it was all done. Then the telesales agent said fraud flagged me... Okay, I sent the documents again. All my addresses match, from the ID, to my lease. They denied me and won't tell me why. Said I cannot get service with Verizon. Telesales said even if I go to the store, I still won't be able to get it. I called again to get clarification... Fraud put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back. What do I do? Verizon has the best deals right now and no one will help me.

I called the fraud department and they told me they canโt disclose the reason for fraudulent denial. Iโve uploaded every document theyโve asked for. It is me. What other documents can i upload.
