Verizon has absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve had this problem with wireless and now I’ve had this problem with FiOS. They pass you off to a different person each time you call, they don’t care about their customers at all. They just tell you what you want to hear and once they hang up with you, the things they’ve promised don’t happen and if they say they’ll call you back, they never do. Horrible , horrible horrible customer service. I am so disappointed If anyone ever asked if they should go with Verizon, I would say absolutely not , for the wireless and the FiOS. You will not get what you promised and you will be very frustrated. when you try to get the help you need. All they care about is getting their money.
