Even the really really bad companies let you speak to a live agent after some triage "ing" Seriously, it shows that you do not care about your customer, when I tried to buy something from you, you pick up immediately, now that I have made my choice and am using your service...no more help. Why do you do this. I want to talk to a person, not a indefinite AI LOOP robot. No everyone has 1 hr to do this. I had 15 min break. 7 calls, 15mins, no help, now I am just extremely disappointed
