I have had the worst customer service four months on end! A representative actually sent my watch number over to another account accidentally, and their resolve was for me to pay for an extra watch so I could have my watch while they fixed it! I was told they would credit my account for the additional watch lineโ€ฆ Never happened! Iโ€™ve spent hours upon hours with customer service, complaint after complaint! It took from November through February for them to finally take the additional watch line off my account. Do you think Iโ€™ve seen a credit to my account absolutely not !!!!!

 

With rising prices and a lack of loyalty to their customer whoโ€™ve been loyal to them Iโ€™ve decided to move on and go to a different carrier! My two childrenโ€™s phones were unlocked already despite having a balance they transferred over fine. I bought my phone in October 2023, therefore long past the 60 for it to be automatically unlocked Verizon refuses to unlock it! I have spent hours with Customer Service over the last two weeks going on three with no avail! There have been four tickets submitted with no response and no way to unlock my phone, holding me hostage to this Verizon account! I even paid off the balance on the phone so I completely own the phone to which they want me to put in another ticket despite all the other tickets not working to unlock the phone! 

 

Accountability! No ability to gain resolve! For the high prices that they charge this is ridiculous! I will spend the rest of my life, convincing people that they need to leave or never get Verizon wireless
