I am not a fraud

Hello,

So basically, I was trying to place my first order with Verizon on my own account and get my own line and get off of my parents lines. I am going through the process of getting it. I get my application approved and then after I place the order I have to verify my identity which makes no sense why I have to now. But I provided screen shots of my ID and anything that had my address because I  didnโ€™t have any bills or bank statements. And my order is then never placed. So I call Verizon numerous times before I actually get a real person to talk to and I get directed to fraud prevention. I talk to them and they say I was flagged as fraud and I couldnโ€™t do anything and hung up. So I then go to a Verizon store to see if they can help and they are just as shocked as I was that I couldnโ€™t verify my identity or try to prove the fraud wrong. I then again called the fraud department and they told me they would not accept any information but after 3-6 months I could apply again and see if it works then. Is that my only option at this point? I need a new phone and I cannot be on my parents line or account anymore.
