I can't access my home internet management services.

We encountered an error while processing your Internet Status request. Router details are not available at this time. Please try again later.

I've been getting this same error message for over a week.  Whenever I try to access the home internet management page (https://www.verizon.com/consumer/myverizon/web/internet), it takes 15-20 seconds loading and then shows me the red banner with the error message, and the link that takes me to the device management page is gone. I can't get into the device management page, and some of my devices are stuck permanently blocked from my wifi.

From a device which can still get onto your network, visit https://192.168.1.1/ and log into the router using the credentials found on a sticker attached to the router. Once you're in the router's web interface, you should be able to unblock devices.

Worst case, try giving your router a factory reset by holding the Reset button down for about 20 seconds. That should clear any memory of blocked devices. Keep in mind doing the reset will clear out any customizations to the router, like a custom Wi-Fi network name and password. You'll need to set those back up once the router has booted following a reset.

We're sorry to read about the issue with accessing your router settings. Is this for 5G Home or Fios service? ~Peter

I have this same problem with no luck from Verizon support.    I even have a ticket that I cannot get them to address.

Elroubat, I'm sorry you're having some trouble with the home internet. For sure we want to help out, and make sure things are working. Can you give some more details on what you're having trouble with?

As of writing, the internet management panel in the My Verizon android application does not load at all, even despite signing out and clearing data/cache. Access to the 5G Home system is possible through the website though.

Hello, TomL24, we want to help make sure you're able to manage your account via My Verizon! To make sure we're on the same page, are you looking to make changes to your 5G home? If so, are you using the same sign on for the app and website?

I just installed the 5G router for my home last week.

All of my devices are connected to the internet but I cannot manage anything from the Verizon App.  I can perform a speed test that shows there is a connection to my router.

I have to get a Wifi extender ordered but cannot do it since my router does not show in the Verizon App.  I tried from both my cell phone and Verizon web page.
