I live in Bel Air, MD and the issue is still ongoing. All my calls drop and sometimes I have no service at all, making me completely reliant on my WiFi.
Hello, sahildy1376. Having reliable service is a must. Help is here. Please tell me more so that we can properly troubleshoot this issue. How far from your home must you go before you notice a positive change in your service? Does it change as soon as you leave your home or go down the street? Any pending software updates?

About a mile towards the stores/main road of town before I get service. It changes when I go down the street and leave the neighborhood. No software updates pending.
