I have been a customer for 16 years. My plan includes unlimited cell and a laptop, bill each month is ~160 USD. I recently checked my statement and my bill was almost 170 USD more than it usually is. This was the result of "internationally" calling someone that was in the same state, here for a wedding. I called to resolve the issue, as this has never happened previously. I was met with a Manager named Gregory who, at best, offered a 35 USD credit. I was told "you made the call and you need to pay for it". I understand that I made the calls, however, I normally am offered a bit more grace from Verizon. I used to love Verizon customer service, this time it was condescending. I am working to move to another service provider. Please let me know if there are any recommendations.

Resolved - I discussed the matter with a Verizon representative, that had a high-level of customer service, for which I have becoms acustom to. Happy to continue on with Verizon for many more years. One bad apple shouldn't spoil the bunch.
