I had shipped an iPhone for a warranty return before the Thanksgiving 11/19, and now am being charged for a device. My bill jumped to over $1,000 a month and that isn’t feasible for me or my family. I would like this issue resolved, but I used the pre-paid shipping label, shipped it back, and there isn’t record of them receiving a tracking number. Very frustrated 15 year plus Verizon customer
