Verizon is full of mess! They want you to pay for service & to fix your own problem with a high charge, then their customer service is poor in a bad way!!!!!They don’t use EMPATHY ALONG WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE I ALREADY STATED! Inconsiderate Verizon portrays a fraud then you have fake commercials cheat this cheap that you just wanna take peoples money that’s all you guys wanna do and everybody should go to COMCAST where they care and will make sure your service is working if you call
